Technesy Holding S.p.A. announces the appointment of Danilo Vivarelli as the Group’s new CEO. With over 30 years of experience in the ICT world and a focus on telecommunications, Vivarelli will bring his extensive expertise to guide Technesy Holding through a new cycle of expansion and strategic growth.

With a career marked by important achievements, Danilo Vivarelli has contributed to major projects in the field of telecommunications. After an initial experience at Marconi, he contributed to the launch of Omnitel Pronto Italia (now Vodafone), where he held strategic roles in business development and consumer marketing. In the early 2000s, he joined Fastweb, where he worked for 15 years holding important positions, including Chief Strategy Officer and Consumer and Microbusiness Director. Later, he was General Manager of Call & Call, a leading company in Business Process Outsourcing. In addition to his Executive roles, he has had important experiences as a Board Member of listed companies, among which TIM stands out. His most recent assignment saw him as Managing Director of IRIDEOS, an ICT pole created by F2i, where he played a central role in consolidating the acquisitions of important Italian companies in the sector, until the sale of the company to Asterion Industrial Partners.
