1998
After two years of experimenting with a technological solution and a patented device (R.O.L.Ex) capable of connecting to any telephone exchange, the Group's first company, Phonetica S.r.l., was founded in Milan to offer outsourcing services to companies via the public switched network.
2009
Opening a new office in Turin, the company has over 300 employees and specialises in the provision of services in the area of Customer Operations
2011-2013
The Group's technology company, Intoowit, was founded. With two new patents, it launched the Remote Reception service, capable of performing all the functions of a recepion from a single remote service centre, through multifunctional kiosks assisted by video operators.
2015
The new headquarters opens in Forlì. The company employs over 600 people and started out in customer experience process consulting and digital marketing.
2017
INGO, an operational holding company, was created with the aim of acquiring companies to create a network capable of satisfying all the needs of the customer experience chain from lead generation to post-sales and retention.
2018
Intoowit releases Acuto a Knowledge Management platform specifically designed for the needs of operators supporting Customer Operations to increase their performance.
2019
Xenialab, a company owning an omnichannel platform distributed in over 50 countries worldwide through 70 partners, was acquired; the company was subsequently merged with Intoowit and took the name Xcally.
2022
A software farm was set up in Reggio Emilia to strengthen the development of A.I.-based applications that are integrated into the software products of the Group's companies.
2024
Phonetica becomes a Benefit company and acquires the name INGO to become a Solution Provider offering sophisticated A.I.-based technology solutions integrated with people-managed BPO services. The parent company takes the name Technesy Holding.
